For the centenary, the family went to where the frames are made.
In April, Oliver's three children flew to Tokyo to open an Oliver Goldsmith pop-up shop. For two weeks, a century of frames, catalogues and photographs sat in one room, a long way from Poland Street.
To mark the hundred years, our Japanese partners made something the company had never made before: a frame in solid gold, in an edition of 100. One for every year.
